BRIEF

You tell us how you would like to live or how your commercial and hospitality space to be like. We share initial thoughts, we visit the site, then prepare you a project brief and proposal. If you would like we can also conduct a feasibility study which explores in more detail project options, costs and constraints.

Process II: Concept

CONCEPT DESIGN

Once agreed, we conduct a digital survey and design concepts for your future home or commercial space. We will be busy creating some concept design ideas based on the brief. Once these are ready we will send them to you for us to discuss. We want to make sure you are happy with the concept before going further.

Process III:Detailed

DETAILED DESIGN

We prepare the detailed designs of your preferred concept. We consider budget forecasts and prepare and submit planning applications. At this stage, the design will be more detailed and will show the key materials and dimensions for approval. We will submit the application to the Council for you, and keep a close eye on it until the decision is in.

Process IV: Tech

TECHNICAL DESIGN

At this stage the design really comes together. Our drawings will be more detailed and show construction. It’s not all technical, and we like to chat through the choices of materials with you, right down to the taps. Once this is all agreed we will write a detailed specification for the whole project.

Process V:Const

CONSTRUCTION & CONTRACTS

It goes without saying that it’s vital to choose the right contractor. We will run the tender process to ensure you compare apples with apples. We will put the contract in place, and will carry out daily site inspections. We make sure that the work is done properly, deal with any queries, and issue all certificates. After completion we’ll still be on hand to deal with anything that comes up.
